About our Moscow based business 

Our Tree Service, Excavation, Lawn Care, and Snow Plowing Business is based off of who we are. At the core, we are Hardworking Americans who have embraced the ethic of providing good customer service. We come from many different backgrounds, but we have one thing in common: working hard to achieve great results for our clients. When we come together to work, our team really does come together.

We are all committed to keeping each other safe and strive to be efficient as we accomplish work to make our customer's properties look good.

This business is family owned and is operated by a committed team of family and hardworking local individuals.

Our team is made up of hardworking American citizens. Many of us knew each other growing up or were friends of someone that knew the owner.

We hire real people. Every person that works in our team is in a different stage of development. We strive to make sure that our entire team has access to the best tree service training and equipment for them to succeed at whatever stage of life they are in.

We do this because we know that our community needs high-quality service. Our communities don't need another low-achieving high costing business, they need a business that will do the job right.

Everything we do is based on the goals of our customers. We realize that the quality of work that we perform is what our clients will have to live with. We work because we know that we are making our customer's properties better looking, and in some cases safer to live on.

Every day, before we drive out to work for our customers. We pause and ask God to be with us in our work, in many cases to protect us as we deal with dangerous trees or high-traffic roadways.

We want our work to not only meet the need of our fellow humans but for it to be done well and to honor our creator. We work for people made in the image of God, and we don't want to cheat our fellow image-bearers. We want to know that our work honors God and gives the full value that God would want to be given to our customers.

We provide tree service, excavation, landscaping, lawn care, and commercial snow plowing all over NEPA. Hawley, Wallenpaupack, Honesdale, Waymart, Hamlin, Carbondale, Forest City, South Cannan, Hamlin, Lake Ariel, The Hideout, Moscow, Gouldsboro, Danville, Elmhurst, Scranton, Dunmore, Dickon City, Wilkes Barre, Clarks Summit, Avoca, and the surrounding areas.

We serve Wayne County, Susquehanna County, Pike County, Lackawanna County, and parts of Luzerne County.

If you have a request and are not sure you are in our service area, do not hesitate to reach out. We will let you know if it is too far for us to travel and may be able to make a recommendation to another company.

Monday through Friday is our normal work week. We do not work as a crew Saturdays or Sundays unless it is an emergency or we have committed to a snow removal contract and it snows over the weekend.

Freeman the Treeman started in 2010.

After apprenticing for a tree service and excavation company in Gettysburg, PA, Zane Grimm (the man you will talk to when you call our number) built this business starting with a few chainsaws, tree climbing equipment, a pickup truck, and a trailer.

With our commitment to customer service and the blessing of God, the business has grown rapidly and now employs members of our community and serves locations all over NEPA.
